Inside / Outside Combination Sales Representative

Secondly, we are not looking for order takers or marketing representatives but true B2B sales professionals who can manage results whether they are working inside or outside sales, who are flexible for travel and who have enough belief in their abilities to deliver pace making results.

Our transportation company, Maust, was founded in 1902 and has spring boarded into complimenting entities of cold storage and seafood production. We have nicknamed ourselves Cold Locker Maust which provides logistics for all frozen and refrigerated food groups as an integrated business unit and supports its commitment to food safety, service and price. There is no company that we are aware of in the Western Region of the U.S. and perhaps in the entire U.S. achieving what we have been able to accomplish.

Now, here's the opportunity and why you will want to apply for this position. The multi-billion dollar food industry is driven as people need to eat, despite economic times. With our integrated services you have multiple drivers from a single source to earn business. You will have large populated territories from which to turn leads into prospects into accounts!
If you are successful in B2B sales and can prove it, you have two ways to earn: monthly advance with commission or no advance and higher commission. Either way incorporates a rewarding commission structure taking into account both new and residual business. With a combination of large, medium and smaller clients you can easily bring in $20K to $60K per week in business and you earn as much as $150K per year in payable commissions plus full benefits.
Our headquarters is located in Sumner, WA but we will entertain the idea of remote home offices outside the state only if you're the right person. Outside sales representatives with regular scheduled client visits will receive a monthly mileage and vehicle upkeep reimbursement while you develop your portfolio.
You'll have responsibilities that include the following:
- Compiling lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from trade magazines, newsletters, associations, directories, web-sites and other sources
- Cold calling and traveling throughout your defined territory to develop relations and become a trusted advisor
- Quoting prices and preparing sales contracts for orders
- Closing new accounts and growing current business
- Managing internal communication as it relates to CRM systems and sales reporting
