Job Opportunity: Fish Processors

Headquartered in a state of the art cold storage warehouse and custom seafood processing facility in the Pacific Northwest’s Puget Sound region, we’ve provided exceptional LTL/TL Delivery since 1902, and are established, respected experts in Cold Storage and Fine Seafood Processing and Packing.

Cold Locker Processing specializes in the processing and packaging of a number of species of fine seafood. Current employment opportunities include Sawyers, Filleters, and General Labor positions which are available most of the year.

Essential Functions

• Process all species of fish or non-fish items
• Properly fillet fish to ensure maximum recovery of target product as needed for fillet room
• Weigh product accurately on electronic scales
• Handle product properly to ensure maximum quality and shelf life
• Finish all orders in a timely manner to achieve or exceed established production benchmarks
• Respond to change productively and handles other duties as required
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old
• Seafood processing experience preferred but not required in all departments
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Must be able to work extended shift hours when necessary
• Must have proof of right to work in the U.S.
• Seasonal and temporary positions available
• Hourly wage depending on experience
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Must have good work ethic and a positive attitude
