Cold Locker Processing is a third party custom processor of fresh and frozen Seafood. Our convenient location between Seattle and Tacoma, in Sumner, Washington is ideal as a connecting hub for the managed fisheries of Alaska
and The Waters of Puget Sound. As a service provider, we also offer programs that encompass
Transportation, Temperature Controlled Storage and
Inspection Services at our plant or on location at harvest sites.
At the center is a State-of-the Art Processing plant designed to ensure product integrity during production and between
Cold Storage. Our pledge to food safety centers on a top rate Quality Control Team that conducts
business within a fully secured temperature controlled plant, including HACCP and GMP audits by Silliker.
As a processor, we provide a broad range of services that encompasses Portions from Frozen or Fresh Fillets,
Butchering of Round Fish, King Crab production, Blast Freezing and Vacuumed packing. We maintain all the modern
equipment required to undertake production ensuring cost effective programs and timely completion.
