CLP - Cold Locker Processing - Who We Are
Cold Locker Processing is a third party service provider for custom seafood processing located in Sumner, WA.
Our vision was to create a state-of-the-art seafood processing plant attracting the very best in management and skilled labor while simultaneously coupling strict standards of quality assurance for our customers.
Quality Control takes center stage when customer's product arrives at our facility and monitored throughout its alteration and stay. Implementation of procedures set forth by governmental and leading auditing agencies is strictly adhered to and supported by proper documentation.
Finally are the characteristics of room design and the implementation of equipment to finish the product for the most discerning customer. We
employ a seamless integration between Cold Storage, Processing and Transportation all under temperature control. Couple these points with advanced air treatment systems and – 40 degree blast freezing technology allowing for product freshness and outstanding glaze percentages.
